ati Posted May 31, 2005 Share Posted May 31, 2005 I have a VS2GBKIT400C3 with an ECS k7S5 Pro with 133Mhz bus. I previously determined bios settings in this forum and the memory is running at C3. No problems for two weeks then machine started locking up - memory now fails mem test. Please OK RMA or provide additional guidance. BIOS Settings: CAS LAtency: 3 Active to Precharge: 7T Row Precharge Time: 3T (no setting for RAS to CAS delay) No other settings modified. Thanks Can you tell me the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well?
