K95 RBG Platinum - Support might have bricked my keyboard

Hi, writing this in desperation as I am working from home. 

Troubleshooting with Corsair and they asked me to manually reinstall the firmware, but I think they provided me with the wrong file, now my keyboard is completely dead. 

I provided information in the ticket about my keyboard, including a picture.

Then I Google the filename and see the reply on this post that says that filename is NOT for Platinum??? 

I replied to the corsair support, but it's weekend and dont expect a reply for a few days. How can I fix this asap so I can get back to work??
