Hikensd Posted February 17 Share Posted February 17 Hello, I´m having a critical problem with my HS60 pro USB adapter, yesterday my audio stopped working. Trying to reconnect the headset without the adapter I can hear all fine, but in order to use the micro I must use the USB . My windows is reporting the USB as unkown and unable to identify: Windows updates reviewed and OK ICue software updated to latest version and is not detecting the Headset Looking for a way to determine if there is a driver for this specific model but unable ot find anything Tried in another PC and the problem follows the USB adapter Looking for some way to fix this, beacuase Im unable to use the headset properly, If there is a way to buy this adapter please let me know.
