Virtuoso Wireless Mode Not Working

At first it started with some audio glitches like random stuttering and pops, then after a reset and ICUE fixes I got it to work just fine. After a week the headset started getting quieter and quieter. After a minute it almost went mute. After some frantic troubleshooting I switched to usb wired and no issues what so ever. Switched back to wireless and almost no sound. Turned windows up to 100 and can barely hear anything, after 5 minutes it started to scratch and pop. I reset everything from headset drivers, dongle firmware, pairing, and even changed ICUE to 4 and still nothing. I've scoured forums and none of them have any fixes that worked.
