Parkhave Posted February 14 Share Posted February 14 Hi there, I have tried uninstall of iCUE and reinstall I have tried the "soft resetting" the battery I have checked the controlpanel - power profiles etc etc. on all profiles and all programs - all are on max vol. Suddenly all sounds ar very very low EXCEPT when I use Spotify.?? That is strange Everything - own audiofiles on harddisk All streaming All music I used to have to lower volume on the headset because it could get really really loud (and perfect) I would be happy for anu suggestions - otherwise I will have to return the product and find something else (But these are comfortable wearing and have up til now worked a charm - 3 months old.)
