I am having a hard time getting my Mic to work I have has people say that its way low in volume when I am using it. This is for both my PS4 and Mac/Discord I have turned the volume up on all possible areas as well as turning on the sidetone to see if that worked. It didn't. Is there a was to make this work or do I need to take the headset back and get a different one? I really like the set this is the only thing that needs to be addressed as its the main thing I would think people buy this for. Would really like to see if theres an update that I can get to make this work or something.
