SonOfJack Posted February 11 Share Posted February 11 Recently bought a Virtuoso SE from Amazon and everything is good with it, expect the left ear keeps cutting audio. I have the balance at 100 for both ears, I plug and unplug the wireless stick and tried the usb and aux, I have also uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I have come to the conclusion that is hardware of the headset. When I try to reposition the headset the left ear cuts out. Btw, got the headset today. If I dont move the left ear cuts out in 15-25 minutes. It said it was refurbished from i-Tech Mall, and they seemed to be highly reviewed for their products. I like the headset just very annoyed of this issue. Should I return the headset and get one from another seller, or just send to Corsair for a replacement.
