Constantly have to reboot mouse

Recommended Posts

I need to  "reboot" my ironclaw mouse every two days or else icue loses track of it, and my macros etc do not work.  Anyone else get this?

I can accept rebooting a pc on occasion, but a mouse is meant to be a simple device that just works.  Life is complex and busy enough these days without a computer mouse demanding your attention...

Sorry you've been experiencing these issues Michael12345, can I ask - when did you get the Ironclaw and if you are using it through iCUE, (what version of iCUE are you running?)

try running the mouse w/o any corsair drivers and see if you still have the same problem. What usb port is it plugged into. See this ->
