iCUE bugged after receiving a update

I go on and the systems leds on the Fans and water block stated to flash red. A pop up saying I need to update iCUE because software changed. Said it can’t complete updated now the leds back to how they are but iCUE won’t pop up to foreground from the background. I’ve tried uninstalling through apps and it says “Installation package could not be opened.” This also keeps me from just going and installing an newer vision because is tells me “The older version of iCUE 4 can not be removed.” What the hell should I do?
