Corsair virtuoso se firmware is v.?

Hi,

i just bouth a used corsair virtuoso se and i can't use it in wireless

i tried to pair it and it doesn't work, i tried icue v4.19 and v3.38 and both faild to pair it.

And when i try to update the firmware the headsed disconnect and a poupup say that device is not found.

the actual firmware is unknown (V.?).
