JamHan Posted February 3, 2022 Posted February 3, 2022 I bought the HS70 Wireless Headphones in 2019. From the start, battery life was about 50% of the advertised life. The battery has now completely failed - it won't charge at all. I have opened the headset and discovered that the battery is DESIGNED NOT TO BE REPLACED (unless you are a professional electronics person). All wires (from the battery, and others) are individually soldered to a small circuit board. Imagine designing, and then selling, a battery-based product which is to be thrown away as soon as the battery stops working. Corsair should be ashamed of themselves. This will be the last Corsair product I will ever buy.

Did you use your headset with iCUE and what was iCUE showing you with the headset?
