Soft resetting your headset disconnects and then reconnects the battery, and it can resolve various issues. To soft reset your headset: Make sure your HS70 headset is powered off. Hold down the Mute button on the headset for about 15 to 20 seconds. Hold down the Power button until the headset turns on. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved. If you’re still experiencing issues with your headset, contact Customer Support for further assistance at https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us
