Corsair Virtuoso RGB Headset Powers Down With Bluetooth

My Corsair Virtuoso RGB headset works perfectly fine — until I try to use it with Bluetooth. If I plug it into the charging cable while I’m using it, Bluetooth works fine. However, when the cable is not plugged in, the headset will power off. The wireless function works perfectly without the cable, but when I switch it to Bluetooth the headset will power off and will not let me power it back on unless I plug it in or switch to wireless capability. Can anyone help?

Hi Bilakay,

That's really strange, first time I've seen this. I will definitely log this report in with the team. Here are some things to try.

-Update firmware and iCUE.

-Reset headset. How to do it here https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034659591-How-to-Fix-an-unresponsive-Virtuoso-headset

If neither of these work, open a ticket with our support team and ask for a replacement.
