LS100 can't complete firmware upgrade

hello

I have a problem with my LS100 kit.

Every time i restart the pc and open icue, i get the notification to update the ls100 firmware.

i start the upgrade but it gets stuck at 99%.   icue also stops responding.

I close icue by task manager, I restart icue and the ls100 is working.

when i restart the pc i get the firmware update again. it's very annoying.

the os is windows 11 (updated) and icue 4 ver. 4.19.191

any idea?

Hey zultan, besides a soft reset to iCUE - please check out the Release Notes and upgrade to the newest version and see if anything changes there. If not, please go ahead and send a ticket to our support so they can help you further.

hello. thanks for your reply. honestly i was not hoping to get one.

i'm updating right now.  I'll keep you updated about the issue 👍
