ICUE: Corsair LED strips flickering white upon startup.

ICUE for some reason seems like it doesn't have full authority over my LED strips that I have installed.  They're Corsair brand strips, and for some reason they flicker white after turning on/coming out of sleep mode.  The only fix I've found is to restart ICUE and that only sometimes works, if it didn't I then have to close all Corsair services in Task Manager, though that sometimes doesn't even work and requires a full restart of my PC.

I'm not entirely sure what's happening, everything I have lighting wise is up to date.  Any thoughts or fixes would  be appreciated.
