Orso-Wolf
SO I've had this keyboard since May 2020 and it's worked perfectly, but a few days ago it stoped working after waking my PC from sleep or hibernate. I've checked all the power profile settings, suspended sleep etc. and nothing has changed. The only way to get the keyboard working is to unplug it and then plug it back in. As you can imagine this is highly impractical and annoying. I've removed icue, reinstalled etc but the problem still persists. Strangely this only started to happen after the latest Icue update. Anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions?
Corsair Employees Corsair Blade Posted February 8 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 8 Sometimes, a USB can begin to act oddly because of motherboard settings or age. Because these keyboards require a lot more power than an average device in order to operate, sometimes these settings can act a bit more finicky than average. It would be a good idea to verify any USB Initialization style settings to ensure that your settings aren’t the cause of this issue. To modify the following settings, please enter your PC’s BIOS menu: -set USB to partial initialization - enable legacy USB support - disable XHCI handoff (if available) - update motherboard BIOS - update your USB drivers if available and disable USB selective suspend through the Power Options within the Control Panel. Please contact us again if you continue to experience this issue.
