broseidonkotb Posted January 30 Share Posted January 30 Hi, I'm having an issue with this HS80 that I bought today. I can not get the MIC LED to turn off. it also doesn't switch to a red light when set to mute. it doesn't seem to matter if it is plugged in or not, it doesn't change if it's in USB mode or in WiFi mode. I selected 'Disable LED when Mic is Active' which I thought would address this issue but it has not. In the reviews I've seen of this I didn't see a light this bright when on. Very distracting and hard to look at. Can anyone help? I've already tried reinstalling ICUE4. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employees Corsair Blade Posted February 1 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 1 If your HS80 RGB Wireless Gaming Headset is experiencing issues, you can try to soft reset the headset and see if that solves the issue. To soft reset your HS80: Make sure your HS80 is powered off. Hold down the power button until you see the lights on the headset flash. Wait 15 seconds, and then power on your headset.
