pursegcn
I've recently just built a new computer, specs should be on my profile. From the very first time I turned it on and loaded into windows I noticed that when I do certain tasks or when it seems like it's processing anything it makes a really loud annoying high pitched chirping sound. I can make it do it on command by opening google chrome and scrolling up and down a webpage. It's worth noting that when I'm playing games I don't get the chirping, it's only when doing near idle tasks and the fan isn't running so I know it's not the fan. Anyone have any ideas? Is this normal or is the power supply bad? It's really annoying. Thanks in advance for any advice!
