Newman
I bought a TWINX1024-3200C2 (xms3202v4.3) from newegg.com this week. Started having ctd's and blue screens after I installed them. I tested each of them individually with memtest86, got errors with one stick, not with the other. I was running them at cas 2.5-3-3-6-1T, 2.70 volts. Thanks. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 31, 2005 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 31, 2005 Please make sure that you have the latest bios and then test the modules one at a time with http://www.memtest.org after you have loaded setup/optimized defaults and I would set the Dim Voltage to 2.7 Volts as well. If you do find one failing then lets get it or them replaced. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However; if you get errors with both modules, that would suggest some other problem. And I would try testing the memory in another system to be sure. Newman
I returned them to newegg for replacement. The new ones arrived last week and I haven't had any problems since installing them. No errors running memtest86 for 8 hours, and I get about 5170/5080 on the sandra bandwidth test. Thanks for the help.
