HS80 Dolby Atmos Issues

I am having trouble getting Dolby Atmos to stick I have changed in stetting the Mono to off so I am ok there but I still get the something went wrong trying to turn on spatial sound but i can get windows sonic headphones just not Dolby Atmos...............App is downloaded but once again wont open Dolby?

Same here. I just bought HS80 Headphones and had already installed Dolby Access app on windows 10. The option appears on the Sounds settings but when selected just do nothing. Only Windows sonic get set. I saw a video where a redeem code should be entered

The same thing happens to me but with the virtuoso XT, in the corsair icue it says that we will need an activation code, but I don't have one.
