RMA Request

Hi, I have 2 512mb sticks of Corsair XMS memory which have recently failed after a year of good use (CMX512-3200C2PT XMS3202v1.1 024703). I have tried the memory in several machines both as single and double modules and the problem is the same in each machine. I am unable to run the memtest utility as the memory will not even post. The motherboard just beeps an error and the dignostic LEDs on my motherboard inform me that it is hanging at the RAM initiation. I have been in touch with the vendor I purchased the memory from and they pointed me towards yourselves.


Could you please advise as to what to do next.
