not being detected

Hi

I’m currently having some trouble with one of the modules of the Corsair Vengeance ( 2 x 8GB ) that isn’t detected by the motherboard, I already switch them up in all the memory slots, and the problem is the memory. But I don’t know much about this, but also it is not detected in the system, but I can still control the RGB in the Icue software of the module that doesn’t appears me, so I’ll be grateful for any suggestion and any help for it. Two weeks ago, I also had a bluescreen problem, but after that I didn’t have that problem again.

AMD Ryzen 3600

Aorus B450 PRO WIFI-CF
