I know this has been discussed ad nauseam but I am having trouble getting iCUE to recognize my H150i Elite LCD cooler. The cooler seems to power and function ok (see picture attached) but I am unable to see it/edit it in iCUE (iCUE is just recognizing my corsair memory).

I have tried going over these steps multiple times https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052297652-What-to-do-when-your-Elite-Capellix-liquid-CPU-cooler-is-not-detected-by-iCUE

but have not had any luck yet. Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

A little bit more about the setup:

- I have six ML120 fans (including three on the AIO rad) plugged into a PWM Repeater on the back of a 5000D corsair case

- This repeater and one additional fan is plugged into a commander core.

- 6 fans are plugged into a corsair Rgb hub which is then plugged into an led slot on a node core. One additional fan is plugged into an Rgb socket on the commander core

-the node core and the AIO usb cables are plugged into one usb motherboard slot via a usb splitter that came with the AIO.

- the commander core is plugged into the remaining usb motherboard slot.

Update/More info:

I am still not certain what is causing this but it looks like the corsair USB devices aren't being recognized for some reason (see screenshots). It also looks like there might be driver errors for "Unknown Devices".

I also picked up a commander pro and tried plugging both the AIO and commander core into it and then plugging the commander pro into the USB slot on the motherboard...still the same outcome
