Finbar Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 Since a recent iCUE update my PC keeps waking up from power saving mode. I use the command "powercfg -lastwake" on the Windows 10 command line to identify the cause, and it says icue.exe woke up the PC. Is this a know issue? Is there a fix or a config setting I can change? I use iCUE 4.19.191 and Windows 10 21H2, build 19044.1466, 64-bit.
Corsair Employee Corsair Notepad Posted January 21, 2022 Corsair Employee Posted January 21, 2022 With a system in sleep mode there is no active software running meaning that iCUE cannot wake a system from sleep as all functions are suspended to memory. This is most likely a false-positive and you need to be checking your power settings for devices such as keyboard, mouse, USB, LAN Adapter, and Wake-On LAN settings.
noNo88 Posted May 9, 2023 Posted May 9, 2023 Funny, so i got the same Problem. And after i Shut I-CUE down with/without Taskmanager, It will stay in Sleepmode. So i woud say it is a problem from Corsair. 😂 @Corsair Notepad So maybe firt you try it by your self. Think that woud be help full too your self. 🌚👍
