I have the headphones a couple of months ago and at the beginning I had no problem connecting them via bluetooth, but from one day to the next they no longer connected to any device via bluetooth, I tried updating the drivers in the iCUE even forcing the update, but no it worked. I also tried "Factory Reset" by unplugging and plugging the dongle from the computer, but that didn't work either.

I have tried with different cell phones but none manages to find the bluetooth headphones. And in the bluetooth led of the headphones when I turn it on it shines purple for a second and then it stays blinking red, it never shows the blue light that it should show to pair it by bluetooth. Please help. :c

Hey DakotaWolf,

I have exactly within the details the same problem. Have you made any progression so far maybe? I also feel like my problem started around the same time as yours did.

I feel like it's a firmware update or something that either caused it or is able to solve it, but yeah it hasn't been fixed for me yet so... we'll have to wait and see I guess.

Thanks for starting this post tho.

Yours sincerely,

Holy cow I actually accidentally got something over here,

1. Switch the headset to wired mode

2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button

3. Switch back to wireless mode (while still holding the Bluetooth button pressed in)

4. Hold the button untill it flashes blue and red

5. Connect it to any device and than the red blinking will be gone.

Lemme know if this has worked

Yours sincerely,

Bas Peters

Hello, I have the same problem.

When I first tried to connect the device via bluetooth to my smartphone it worked. Few days later(today) I wanted to connect it to my ipad, which didn't work. So I deleted the headset out of my bluetooth devices of my smartphone. But now I'm not able to connect the headset to my mobile nor my ipad. I tried to connect it the way Bprts did but it didn't work out for me.

(standart german sentence: Please excuse me for my bad english since I'm not a native speaker c: )

greetings

Nevermind, you just have to hold the bluetooth button till the light changes and then it's able to connect.
