iCue will control certain Hue lights, but won't control others.

I had originally set up my Hue lights a while back and didnt ever have any issues. I had 6 Hue bulbs and a Hue gradient light strip in one room and a set Hue Play light bars in another room. Both rooms came up separately in iCue and worked perfectly. 

I recently bought a Hue light strip and installed that in the room where the set of Hue Play light bars were and moved the light bars to a new room. Everything shows up just fine in iCue, but i am unable to control anything except the lights in the very first room. The lights in the room with the new light strip and the room with the Hue Play light bars all show up and show that they are on, but I cannot control them in any way from iCue.
