Double click issue with KATAR PRO

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have an issue with the double click. I used this new mouse for 3/4 days, and after the firmware update, I have double click every time.

I tried to downgrade iCUE and the firmware but still not working.
Reboot multiple time before/after the install/uninstall.

I have now the last version and still nothing working.
iCUE: 4.18.209
KATAR PRO: 1.4.25

Anyone had this problem and solve it?

The issue is solved. I reset the mice with these steps

  1. Unplug the mouse.
  2. With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right mouse buttons.
  3. While holding down the mouse buttons, plug the mouse back into the computer.
  4. Wait for the mouse’s LEDs to begin flashing, then release the buttons.
  5. Unplug the mouse.
  6. Plug the mouse back into the computer.

Hello, I've very recently gotten the Katar Pro Wireless. At first everything was fine until my mouse started double clicking. This was pretty aggravating considering I started doing things in games that I didn't want to. I researched this issue and came along this thread, to no luck I went and simply googled it.

Going to Bluetooth and device settings on windows and then to the mouse tab. On the right under "Related Settings" select "Additional mouse options". This will allow you to adjust the Double-click speed slider, which should make this happen less frequently if not pretty much fix your problem.

I think there should definitely be a firmware update, but until then I hope this will fix the problem for anyone who has this issue and comes across this thread.
