Icue 3 or 4? Please help me

I would like some help, I have had my corsair void rgb headset for 3 years and my corsair harpoon mouse for 4 years and I have always been able to use both on iCue 3, but since a while my mouse is no longer detectable on iCue 3 and my headset does not detect on iCue 4, why is this happening? They already have a time of use but it is the first time that to detect the two need different drivers and can not have the icue 3 and 4 at the same time on the same machine, I would like an answer from you because I am very disappointed with this, I was always a true fan of Corsair and now thinking of seriously changing to something better and more cost effective.
