Forsakenzombi
Just like the title says, I have been seeing the lights flicker off for the past few weeks now. I found the errors below in my event viewer so it appears to be software related. Has worked fine for over a year with no issues. I havent made any changes to anything as of lately. Also attached are my logs. Please advise. (Actually I cant seem to upload my logs, doesnt appear to allow zip files, I have seen other threads have them not sure why I cannot. Please advise which files you need out of the bundle as there are many if i even can upload those, seems like the attachment function only allows for pdfs and photos.... how is anyone supposed to diagnose a issue if they cant upload logs????? c-attack
Corsair Support is accessed through the main website. It is one to one technical correspondence with Corsair. This forum is users helping other users, so if you upload a generic crash error log with no list of your hardware or a description beyond “flickering”, there is little any of us can suggest beyond the obvious like clean installing the program. Most “flickering” is hardware related whereas a software crash will drop you from software to hardware stored lighting, but not jump back and forth in short intervals. james3126
Interestingly, I started getting this exact error in the past 2-3 weeks.
