Corsair H100i RGB Pro XT ICUE Temperature sensor

Hello,

I just installed a brand new H100i RGB Pro XT AIO and when setting up the case and cooler fans on the Corsair Commander Pro using ICUE it gives the option to select which temperature sensor to use, the AMD Ryzen 3600x Package temperature or the one by default, the H100i RGB Pro XT Temperature sensor.

My question is while the H100i RGB Pro XT Temperature sensor sits at a regular temperature of about 23c/24c at idle, the AMD Ryzen 3600x Package temperature is at about 42c so i really dont know which one i should go for.

Go with the coolant tempature. It will slowly go up and the fan can ramp up as needed. Using the CPU/Package can make the fan noise spike louder on occasion. With coolant it will be more gradual.
