i brought the XC7 RGB CPU water block and the iCUE H100i elite capellix liquid CPU cooler and i was wondering if i needed both of them, If not can i use them for other stuff

If you're not building a custom water loop you should return the XC7 RGB CPU water block. The iCUE H100i elite capellix liquid CPU cooler is an all in one cooling solution for a CPU.

can i just put it somewhere in the case just for it to look cool or something like that

nop, it only mounts on top of a CPU.

That would be a very expensive LED strip to keep. it's better to just get it returned and refunded 🙂

yes, very very expensive. return it until you can and buy something useful for your new build!!
