help!

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum, my new headset recently arrived, but from the beginning they started with problems.

They do not charge, I left them connected for 5 hourswith the side usb of my LT100 but they did not charge. I also tried charging them with a cell phone charger but they didn't charge either.

The other problem is that when connecting them via usb to the pc and putting the switch in usb it does not recognize them, a caution icon appears since they are not recognized. The way the pc can recognize them I have to close the icue and then switch from usb mode to wireless mode and then back to usb mode. But by doing this I can only hear the audio, because the microphone does not recognize any type of sound and when entering Warzone I lose the audio from
the computer completely. The wireless mode works well for both the audio and the microphone but I must have them connected since they do not charge.
