Entire fan isn’t lighting up

Hi, I have my ML120 Elite’s installed and I’ve noticed that the top left portion of the RGB doesn’t seem to light up. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this so it’s 100% working? I’ve seen the lights flicker before so I know they work.

The Commander Core controller has individual fan RGB circuits, so not like the chained series on other controllers. Try a quick 2<->3 swap (or with any other fan) to check if the dead LED travels With the fan (fan problem) or stays on the current position (controller problem). 
 

It’s likely you’ll need a hardware replacement either way, so I would start a support ticket with Corsair now.
