luigicon Posted December 26, 2021 Share Posted December 26, 2021 Good evening Since today I have a Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless in the color carbon, wireless and jack both work wonderfully, only USB doesn't seem to work. The device is displayed in Windows in the device manager, it is also displayed in the Corsair ICUE software, but there is no sound. The "Tutorial" from https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360033489511-Fix-Corsair-headset-sound-issues-after-the-Windows-10-build-1903-update-or I have already tried -an-iCUE-software-update - no success. The headset is in USB mode (physical switch), that cannot be the problem. I don't know what else I could try, does someone have the same problem and knows a solution?
