ICue not recognizing iCUE ELITE with additional Commander Pro and Commander Core XT installed

I have a new build with an iCUE ELITE, a Commander Pro and a Commander core XT installed. On first install of ICue it sees the Elite (LCD) and the Commander Pro but not the commander Core. Then on subsequent loads it only shows the Commander Pro and the Commander Core XT. IT won't show all three together. 

 

I have the iCUE ELITE plugged directly into a usb header. The Other commanders are Daisey chained.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have an Asus ASUS Pro WS WRX80E-SAGE motherboard if that helps.
