My Virtuoso RGB Wireless SE not working

My headset suddenly stopped working when I first unplugged them and put it into my Xbox Series S, which I thought it would work when they didn't, I tried to plug it back onto my PC, but then suddenly the USB just started to just flash red. I tried to fix them, but all that I learned about the problem was that for some reason when I open up the blue tooth settings, it's under "other devices", and it won't let me connect. It would be great if someone could help me into trying to fixing this problem.
