OldManJenkins105
I recently bought a Sp120 RGB pro kit and I have triple checked the wiring and it looks fine, but 2 of my fans aren't working and the third isn't matching the ICUE software, when I first installed it it worked fine but after a couple minutes two of them died, when I tried switching the configuration of the fans only the first fan slot would work, I believed it was an issue with the controller so I got a replacement but the same issue happened again, so I'm thinking it's one of the fans I have the fans configured correctly as well so I'm not sure, when I messed with the software I was barely able to get that one light on in the middle fan so I'm not sure what the problem is anymore
LeDoyen
in iCUE, sometimes you get LEDs de-selected in the lighting settings. Have a look there because it's possible the lighting effect is only applied to a few LEDs if you messed about with the mouse by accident. If it's the case, just select them all 🙂

c-attack
It may be the usual reason. The lighting is a series circuit, so if LED #6 on fan 2 is bad, you get problems down the line. If it’s a total blow out it’s probably dark on LEDs downstream, but we also see random lighting effects after and those can be harder to diagnose. Test each fan in slot 1 on the RGB with CUE set to static white. Based on the picture I am suspicious of fan 2.

c-attack
If all the fans work in #1, add a second fan to slot 2. There are two possibilities. First, the Lighting Node Core could have a defect with header #2. The other is one fan has a problem at the very end after led 8 on the return to the controller. That may make the fan appear normal while sabotaging those after. In your first photo it looks like #2 is partially lit, so I am leaning toward a problem with the controller if all 3 fans work in #1 but any other fan is partial in slot 2. Im using the replacement controller like i said in my original post. I highly doubt that two controllers i got are having the same exact issue. the only difference now is that the fan with running LED's is only glowing white, so im going to have to go with a defective fan
