Corsair Hs70 Pro won't turn on or charge

My headset was working properly in the afternoon but when i try to turn it on at night, it just stop working. I figure it might be out of battery but when I try to charge it, the light indicator is not showing anything.

These are the few things I tried:

1. Reset the headset by holding down the mute button for 15 seconds and hold down power button afterwards

2. Reset the dongle by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds

None of these works
