Tsuki91
I noticed that my RAM kit that I bought a few months ago, I updated iCUE to v4.17 in hopes of seeing some cool patterns only to find out that it shows up as two different SKUs; the left stick is detected as "RGB PRO SL" while the right stick detects correctly as "RGB RT". I've followed step by step on the guide on how to do a clean install of iCUE, uninstalled Armory Crate (pure garbage IMO) and reboot my PC. Reinstalling iCUE did not help at all. Now, with v4.18, it still detected as two separate models. Did the same clean install as 4.17 but never worked in my favor. What I want to know; is iCUE's supported DRAM only supports up to the "RGB PRO SL" lineup, OR one of the RAM stick from the same dual stick pack (RGB RT) has a different device ID despite having the same part number is what causing this "bug"? OR; this has some issues related to my new motherboard? This problem has caused me to have many sleepless nights! I really wish I could just uninstall iCUE, never to trust it or install it again. 😡
c-attack
What is the exact model number from the package? It will be a long alpha-numeric string starting with “C”. Are all your serial numbers sequential?
