Programming G Keys On K55 Keyboard w/ MR Button

Hey all-

I recently purchased a new K55 keyboard, and I'm really happy with it. I've been reading the manual on how to program the G1-G6 keys with macros, though, and stumbled into a problem.

To program a G key, I tap the MR button. The M light lights up. I press a G key. I type whatever. I press the MR button again. The M light turns off.

This works, but ONLY for one macro, and it will only program G1.

If I tried to program G2 after I programmed G1, for instance, it would just make a new macro for G1 rather than any other G key.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

 

(Summary: I can program one macro for G1 but anything after that and it just overwrites what I set for G1 and forgets the old macro. It'll only program one macro at a time, and for the G1 key.)
