leogabriel
Last night I went to install my new mouse “Sabre RGB Pro” the ICUE didn't recognize the mouse, but it was working, I updated the ICUE to version 4.18.209. Then ICUE recognized the mouse and appeared to update mouse, so I clicked on it, it started to download the file and the lights went out the mouse stopped working, I thought it was installing so I left it for a few minutes and went back to check, it stopped working. So I unplugged and plugged in the mouse again and nothing the mouse stopped working, no lights come on and the cursor doesn't work. I disconnected the mouse from the computer, located the small hole under the mouse and with a paper clip pressed the button and reconnected it to the computer and a firmware.bim file and the name of the unit CRP DISABLD appear. I believe the firmware.bim file is corrupted and would like some help.
Corsair Employees Corsair Blade Posted December 14, 2021 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 14, 2021 Hello leogabriel, We would first suggest you try a soft-reset of the mouse. This will clear the mouse’s internal memory, which often corrects issues such as the one you are experiencing. Please follow the directions below: 1: Unplug the mouse. 2: Hold the left and right mouse click. 3: While holding the left and right mouse, plug in the mouse. 4: Hold the left and right mouse down for 10 seconds. 5: Release the left and right mouse.
leogabriel
Hi, I did this procedure a few times and others suggested in; https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025348571-How-to-Reset-your-computer-mouse#h_cb73eea10f0f-4307-b163-be234912d126 But nothing has changed the mouse still doesn't work, I did these procedures on several USB ports on two computers, to eliminate machine defect. The mouse was sent to Corsair do Brazil, who found a defect and will replace the product. Unfortunately this happened with a new product with no use, but I hope that everything is resolved.
