ICUE HELP NEEDED

Alright, I am a complete idiot and ICUE is too complex for me, i am trying to delete mouse assignments and move others around, can anyone help me understand how this godforsaken app and remapping works?

Delete is fairly straightforward.  Click on the three vertical dots in the action to produce a pop-up menu with that choice.

 

You may need to clarify what you mean by "moving".  Moving the action to another profile?  To another key?  It's mostly point and click to select a new mouse button to bind to or the keyboard to pick a new key to assign. 

 

For moving to another profile, copy it to the "Assignments Library" using the same 3 dots as the delete action.  Then choose save to library.  This copies the action to the expandable menu below.  Then go to the profile, expand the Library, and use the arrows to copy it back to the new profile.  You will then need to assign it to a new key.
