gman534
Hello. Ever since I completed my second computer build last year, I have been experiencing an issue with my K55 RGB keyboard not communicating with my system at least 1-2 times per week when I turn on my system. I will get a message saying "No keyboard detected!" before I log in. (The keyboard will communicate when I disconnect the USB cord from the system and reconnect it.) I believe it is something within the keyboard that is causing this problem because the problem occurs regardless of what USB port I connect the keyboard to. I even performed an update on the keyboard. Maybe my keyboard is defective. If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. Corsair Employee Corsair Albert Posted December 16, 2021 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 16, 2021 Is the keyboard connected to a dock or USB hub? If so, it is recommended to connect it directly to your system. I would also suggest making sure USB drivers for your motherboard are up-to-date.
