Red triangle on H100i lcd

Hi all,

I have the red triangle on the lcd display of the H100i aio and the device is not recognised by the icue software.

I tried everything I know of including reinstalling the software, mobo bios update, switching the usb 2.0 connectors and

reseating all connectors.

I am very frustrated can you privide me a solution please..
