HS80 Background Noise Problem

I just bought the headphones and reading on amazon reviews other pc users also have the same problem, that is, if ICUE is installed when something is playing there is a horrible background noise, if I uninstall ICUE it disappears and the headphones are phenomenal . I was forced to return for this issue. Has anyone found a solution to this?

On / off sidetone the noise was always there, the only solution was to remove icue

I am having this same issue. I have spent the last 8 hours trying to resolve it. I am tempted to go back to my $30 headset. I only got these because I saw great reviews about the mic and wanted to use it for my teams call for work. I am going to try uninstalling icue like you did @maarco22
