K70 TKL MX Red silent or something comparable

Hello,

I am looking for a keyboard for my son. Beginner, plays (still) Minecraft. I tend to Corsair K70 TKL. But would like the silent variant. That would be called MX Red silent?

The information in the stores are not always very informative. Felt "quiet" or MX Red included? Then the MK.2 Low Profile should be very quiet for a mechanical board (even without silent MX Red). I am a bit confused. Maybe it's also a bit exaggerated and a Rubber dom is enough??.

Actually I wanted a mechanically silent TKL with macro keys. That doesn't seem to be available anywhere. I would have already gladly also the roller....
