Missing Tabs??

Hello! I'd like to start by saying I am really not that great with technology! When I had set up my PC, I had set my ICUE rgb fan lights to a specific colour, different from their default blue. It was all fine until I had connected my new Roccat Vulcan 122 AIMO keyboard and downloaded Swarm. My lights reset to their default blue, and when going back into ICUE, I found that I only had two tabs available to me, these being Home and Dashboard. I reinstalled ICUE many times, while uninstalling Swarm too. But nothing will bring back the tabs and give me the ability to customise again. I reconnected my fans and rgb hub, looked all over the internet for answers, but nothing seems to be working. I just want my purple lights back!!

What fans?  None of them default to blue out of the box unless this is pre-built PC and someone set them up that way.

CUE is not detecting the RGB controller device.  Do you know which one you have?  The fan type may help us figure that out as well.
