Z.S
When I use the headset with Corsair iCUE I can't get it to run in surround sound mode as in the surround sound button in iCUE does NOTHING on my old Corsair Void Wireless headset (I stopped using it because the earcups were worn out badly and it would sometimes auto disconnect from the PC and I saw the HS80 on a black friday deal) I could just click the srround sound button in iCUE and this would either activate or disable surround sound but the button doesn't work in the software when I use it with my current headset I reinstalled iCUE and tried other stuff too to get this to work because I prefer having surround sound ON and not with a third party application like dolby surround or whatever since for me those didn't seem to work well on my old headset and are not detected as a 5.1 or 7.1 setup in Windows but on my old headset I usually have it with surround sound on and with the clear chat sound profile as to me that sounds the best overall (I know some of the profiles sound better for certain use cases but in general this is the best average sounding one) I know I can make my headset sound a lot better since in Windows there is a thing in the audio settings to test the audio output and see if it working and it will play a sound through the audio device and that sound that it makes sounds way better than the sound I get when I am just using it normally ALSO I tried to get the VoiceMod Pro offer and followed the instructions which do not mention to enter any product keys or whatever and I checked my emails too if I received a product key but nothing even in the spam

This is the link to the Release Notes section which you can also find at the top of the Forums page and see if you need to get the latest version - https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/418209-r14/, If you did all that then a clean reinstall of iCUE may be needed as well. Please also check out this thread here to see if you may be experiencing similar issues to other users of the HS80 (https://forum.corsair.com/forums/topic/171783-hs80-microphone-volume-is-low/page/5/). We are aware of the issue and its still being worked on so I recommend following that thread as well to get updates. For the VoiceMod offer - I have this from the department that handles those offers - "All of our headsets work with the new VM integration in iCUE. With the HS80, you can use the free version of VM or can subscribe through iCUE for the Pro version." So you do not need any product keys. If you're still having trouble, please let me know and please keep me updated as well of your situation. Hope this helps.
