HS70: can`t hear anything

Hi,

I just bought the HS70 headset and charged it all night. Green light is blinking on headset and light is blinking on Dongle. My pc sees the headset as when I right-click on the volume and go in Sound, I see the Corsaire headset. Volume on the headset is at the loudest. Tried on a different pc and it does not work either.

Don`t know what else to check.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey Sophie, sorry you're experiencing these issues. Is the light on your dongle blinking red? On the first PC you are using the headset on, are you using it through iCUE? If possible, can you provide the iCUE, headset and USB dongle firmware version? Also how recently did you purchase your HS70 headset and if possible, what model information can you get from the packaging. Hope I can help.
