Virtuoso driver vs Old AMD config

Can i have any chance to install properly the driver without using the ICUE? Because this program is full of bugs

when i start the update it's stuck 0% and maybe 20 secounds later the headset is gone from ICUE.

I know this is an old PC, but i buyed that headset for "christmas" and its not working properly. Its have sound and anything, but cant change lights

and didn't have equalizer! Please help me to fix the issue!
